You have probably asked that ever-burning question: what does a travel agent even do for me? It's a completely valid thought. Below, you get to learn how I operate as an agent and what I do to curate a dreamer’s fairytale holiday.
I treat my families like they are members of my family. I go above and beyond for them. That is why, I never refer to the wonderful people I work with as my clients. You are more than just a confirmation number on a growing list. You are an adventurer about to go on a wonderful journey with your family, and I want to make sure that trip is unforgettable. My services adapt to you. If you need help with something specific not listed, I help provide the service you require. Again, you are more than a number.

I build your vacation from the ground up! I create personalized quotes for you to review. Plus, get ready to read tons of informative packets. I want you to have tons of info. That way, you feel prepared for your trip.

Disney Destinations are my specialty! I like to call myself a Disney Google since answering questions are a breeze! No matter when you want to adventure, I will answer all your burning vacation questions.

I secure all your scooter & stroller rentals, and book your transportation to-and-from the airport. I will also obtain your dining & enchanting extra reservations if you stay at a Disney Resort Hotel.

The Six-Step Process of Working with Me
Step #1: Consultation
Please contact me. I want to hear about your upcoming vacation! I yearn to get a vision of the vacation you are picturing in your head. During our conversation, I will fill in any missing pieces, give suggestions, and build the foundation of your vacation using my expertise.
Step #2: Quote
After your consultation, it is time for me to make some magic! I will curate a personalized quote/PowerPoint for your family, encompassing your resort options and add-ons. Inside your quote, you will also obtain a boatload of information, pictures, and videos tailored to each option.
Step #3: Booking
After you have reviewed your quote and made your selection, I will collect some important details from you to secure your trip. Once your vacation is booked, I am officially your travel agent! I am ready to be your personal guide and assist with every facet of your trip.
Step #4: Monitoring
Most families book their vacation 6+ months in advance. Until we can truly dive into the depths of planning, you get to relax. I keep track of imperative details. One of my biggest tasks is searching for discounts to ensure your family receives the lowest price possible on your vacation.
Step #5: Planning
Let the planning commence! Be prepared to receive a plethora of emails and phone calls from yours truly. We need to start filling in the missing pieces and booking the specialized activities we could not secure in step three: dining reservations, excursions, transportation, etc.
Step #6: Finalization
Once your final payment has been made, the countdown begins! It is time to ask your final questions and read your last PowerPoint itinerary. Plus, open the gift box you will receive in the mail; yay! Don’t worry. I will be contactable during your trip. I’m truly with you from start to finish!
as long as I can book your trip directly through the vendor (Disney, Universal, Royal Caribbean, Disney Cruise Line, etc.). I get paid directly by the vendor we book your vacation through. They pay me for my hard work, that way, you don’t have to. If we curate a custom domestic vacation together, not booked through a major vendor, I will charge a planning fee. That way, I can get compensated for creating your family’s magical adventure! For any international trip (Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia & South America), I charge a planning fee for my services. Even if the trip is booked through a major vendor like Disney or Universal, I charge a planning fee. Global trips are hard, tedious work, and they require attention to minor details and excess planning on my part.
I have minimum booking requirements for select destinations. For Walt Disney World, you must purchase at least 3-day tickets to obtain my complimentary services. For Universal Orlando Resort, the minimum is 2-park 2-day tickets. For Disneyland Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood, families must purchase a vacation package (hotel stay and theme park tickets). If you would still like to have me as your travel agent, but won’t hit my minimum requirement, don’t worry. I just have to charge a planning fee for servicing your vacation and being your travel agent. The planning fee is specific to each family based on what they need me to create, plan, and secure. (You must have purchased Lightning Lane for Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World)

-- Premium Planning Fee Service (Optional) -- We all have to eat on vacation! I change a premium service fee to book dining reservations and enchanting extras for all guests not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort or Disneyland Resort Hotel during their Disney vacation.

Important reminder! If you are venturing internationally and leaving the United States of America (most of my families are U.S.A-based), no matter what, you will be charged a planning fee for the services you require. This policy excludes cruises departing from and returning to the U.S.A.
Families venturing to a Disney Destination with children obtain some magical mail before their vacation! Each family’s gift bag will be different but can contain things like maps, coloring books, puzzles, games, children's books, pins, Minnie ears, etc. It is a thank-you gift for booking with me. The gift’s purpose is to get kids extra excited about their vacation!
