This was our first trip to Disney. Lorren was one of the most magical parts about it! I am a perfectionist, a planner, and have HIGH expectations. Disney met them in most ways BUT Lorren EXCEEDED them in every way and was our Fairy Godmother. She has such a wonderful gift of speaking to people and not making them feel stupid. She is blunt in the best way because she knows what she is talking about as a Florida resident herself and her countless Disney trips herself! She is not pushy and does not just tell you what you want to hear. She is BEYOND helpful. We had countless texts, calls, and emails over almost a year period with us. I have been to Disney 4 times in the past 2 years all thanks to Lorren, but this last time, she made it extra special! I was overseas coming home and then immediately flew to Disney World from the west coast. She helped with every single detail! She checked in to see if we needed anything throughout the week, giving us good tips about the park we were going to that day, or just making sure we were having a magical time! If it wasn’t for Lorren, I might not of made it to Disney World that week. But she made sure to do everything within her power to help get me there! I am so thankful for her! We have been going to Disney every summer since 1994, and I’ve always booked everything myself. A few years ago, we had a party of 9, and while I was booking everything, I ran across a post Lorren commented on and something about her just resonated with me. I reached out and let me tell you, she is the BEST thing that has ever happened to our family. She is so efficient at her job, even when at one point life was trying to fall in around her, she trudged on, and made dreams happen so smoothly and not once did we know she was having a go of it. You guys, this is a level of professionalism that FEW master. She is kind, knowledgeable, answers a million random questions with grace and a smile. My first Disney trip happened this summer, and while I already knew I’d get to be somewhat of a passenger princess because I was going with experienced people, having Lorren made the process an extra million times easier! I am very much a person who is obsessed with planning and not flying by the seat of my pants, but it was very easy to let someone like Lorren take care of that. Our first Disney World trip which was nothing but MAGICAL thanks to Lorren. She assisted with choosing the best on property resort, airport transportation, securing tickets/park reservation, dining reservations, rest day activities, and even coached me through Genie+.
